I'm trying to find some tutorials explaining the singing technique that I hear frequently, where it sounds like singers are flipping up on the beginning of a note and sometimes in the middle and end. For example, Sophia Anne Caruso does it frequently in Beetlejuice (see this example https://youtu.be/6Xt3WNuB-oc?si=mDKfuGnM2FWM0rzi&t=50 )

I actually don't know what the correct term is for this so I'm having trouble finding any guides or tutorials
