So this was my post!!! I reached out to the girl who did it and it turned out she was actually the owner of the salon!! At first she just kept defending herself and her work, and refused to give a refund. I posted this review in a local Facebook group to her, to which she immediately offered a refund if I took down the “slander.” I did take it down, and got a refund for the makeup portion which is what I wanted! I did not take down the review on her business page though. This was my makeup for my wedding day, but at the end of the day my wedding was amazing and I still felt beautiful after I fixed the makeup. Thank you to everyone who validated my feelings!!!!
