I’m 6 months postpartum, had a 2nd degree tear, external hemmorhoids that are now just tags and have been dealing with what feels like incomplete bowel movements and soft stool that’s hard to clean. I’ll be clean after a BM and then an hour or so later there’s fecal leakage when I wipe, or on my underwear. Im seeing a PFPT next month, I saw one earlier postpartum and was told I have a tight PF. Has anyone gone through similar and healed? I didn’t think this is something I would deal with postpartum.

They originally told me I have a tight rear pelvic floor and weaker bladder etc. has anyone gone through similar and healed? I didn’t think this is something I would deal with postpartum and it feels very lonely going through it.
