Like you walk a bedroom and it seems pretty normal, but later you remember:

- patched walls
- blinds/curtains to deal with
- furniture in the way
- closet work
- extra trim/cut-ins
- high ceiling or awkward access
- setup, cleanup, and putting everything back

That’s the kind of stuff I’m talking about.

For solo interior painters / small crews, would a very simple room-by-room walkthrough tool actually help with this?

Not a full estimating app. Not CRM. Not invoicing.

More like a quick memory aid:

Walk the job → add each room → tap anything worse than normal → review the labor traps before sending the quote.

The idea would be that each room takes maybe 10 seconds to click through, so it doesn’t slow the walkthrough down.

I’m trying to figure out if this is a real enough pain point to be useful, or if most painters already have a system that works fine with photos, notes, or memory.

Be honest — would this help, or would it just be one more thing you wouldn’t use?
