So, my friend had decided to update his roblox the other day (ps5), and he cannot even get into any games, it always says "Insufficient Permissions", or something like that.

Furthermore, in almost every tab in settings "An unknown error occured" will pop up.

If anyone can help us fix this that'd be greatly appreciated.
