I think this just happened after I bought a new outfit from Catalog Avatar Creator. At first, I noticed my equipped gear wasn't showing under currently wearing so I checked my profile through incognito and it was there. But I also noticed everything was cheaper. I thought maybe it's bc I bought the items through a game so it charged me a lil extra tax, but I noticed even other random items are more expensive for me. Why?? I think when I was viewing the items in Catalog Avatar Creator it was showing the higher prices from before I even bought them, so I'm not sure if this has been the case for a while now but I just never noticed or if buying items more expensive through the game made everything else more expensive even in marketplace directly? Or am I getting hacked?? idk I'm confused

im 100% positive i couldnt buy it in my sleep, i dont even have the money for that. how that happened?

I've been trying to join MY OWN PRIVATE SERVER and Roblox isn't letting me get in

So when I went on Roblox. I just checked my settings just to see if anything was wrong. There was something wrong, when I went into security. I seen “unknown Device” and location at germany. I was like, I don’t live in germany, I live is US. So I then logged out of all sessions and that was probably my biggest mistake yet so far. When I did, it logged me out. now this is impotent, when I tried logging in, Roblox kept saying to get my authenticator app. I never installed that on my phone. Someone else put their authenticator app on my Roblox account. I had my Gmail on it too, but Roblox refused to let me in because I guess I don‘t have the authenticator app?

Ive tried everything. One time code from gmail, resetting password, and I think others? or maybe that’s all I did. Roblox support is crappy today. Only because of the AI they installed. I never spent money on robuxs or anything. but I have my Gmail for the account.

Hey so this person messaged me on MM2 earlier asking me to sub to their youtube then join their community, I should’ve known better but I show kindness before assuming the worst. A few hours later I was playing a game and the pop up saying ‘launched from another device’ kept appearing so I checked and it said mm2 was my most recently played game, so through clicking the refresh every few seconds because the other device was still in the process of stealing all my stuff I noticed my inventory had been completely wiped of everything good I had (I’ve been playing mm2 since the game was launched so I had a lot of cool stuff). I’ve contacted Roblox support about it and given them the user but I’m concerned because I’ve never actually received any support from Roblox when I’ve asked for it so I really hope I can get the weapons back. I know its just a game but I spent so much time on it and was really proud of the stuff I’ve collected over the years.

Mainly just wanted to out them so others can avoid this happening, but also if anyone has any advice on how to get my stuff back I’d really appreciate it <3

My daughters account was hacked on Roblox. I thought I had it sorted with the customer support bot.

They sent me a link with ‘step by step’ instructions to access the account. But when I click through the associated link (put in emails then verification code, etc) it sends me to this screen about 2 factor verification.

As can be seen it says to choose verification method, but there is nothing there to click. The only available button is the ‘Lost access to the 2SV methods?’ Which immediately tells me that recovery has failed.

It is sending me no emails or texts or anything. I’m worried it’s sending emails to the hackers but even so it’s not clear what I am supposed to do.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this before?

Someone hacked my Discord, Instagram, and Roblox accounts, enabled two-step verification, changed my email address, and support is down. I need help, please.

I truly want this account back, please. I tried contacting Roblox Support, but they were unable to assist me. If I can't log back in, I'm literally going to cry. I made so much progress on this account...

I just started to get this popup and I don't know why, I don't do exploiting or anything else like that, the only thing new I have downloaded lately is Neverness to Everness, it was after I downloaded it that it started to popup, but it doesn't do it all the time, I played yesterday for 4 hours and it didn't popup then, so anyone got any idea why it would be doing this?
