My Roblox account has been banned. I don’t recognize the alt in question and I tried to do the forgot password method where it would show a list of your alt accounts, but it did not show any account that begins with “Si”. I’ve been sending multiple appeals and they’ve all been rejected in the span of two minutes. Can somebody please give me advice? If I submit a screenrecording of the email thing, will that help at all?
I’ve been trying to contact roblox support but they keep saying they need verification that I’m the rightful account owner.
They also keep asking me to contact via a email address that begins with an M that is linked to my account, but I have never had and currently do not have an email account that begins with an M linked to my account. I am also contacting them from the exact and only email that is on my account, which I’ve shown proof of when I sent them a screenshot of the first time I ever linked the email to the roblox account I’m contacting them about. I also tried to send a few billing proofs of when I’ve bought robux, but nothing seems to help. What can I do??
