Absolutely none of those open, although file explorer opens through shortcuts, like right clicking a shortcut on desktop and pressing open file location. None of the others open, including apps installed via microsoft store. I've tried a lot of fixes like:

• Sfc /scannow

• Restarting pc

• Restarting windows explorer

• etc..

This all started happening after clean-installing windows 11 about a month and a half ago. I can't update my windows as i cant access settings. I also cant find my OS build number via settings as I can't access settings. No error codes show up, they just don't open/open for ~5 seconds but are unusable and close quickly after.
