I’ve been on this for 6 weeks and only have 9 lbs of loss. I have taken four doses of 0.25 and two of 0.5 I’m an 18F SW: 209 CW: 199.5
Is this normal?

What just happened on Cawthra road 11:15PM heavy police presence near the cawthra park secondary school? Looks to be something serious as OPP is there as well as 9-10 cruisers.
