Hey guys,

I’m currently rebuilding my 2024 Tenere 700 after a nasty loop-out off-road. The bike went over backwards and landed hard on the bars and the front mask. I’ve replaced the smashed parts, but I’m losing my mind over an electrical issue.

The TFT screen stays completely black—no backlight, no graphics, nothing. Also, all four turn signals are dead.

The bike actually runs perfectly. The fuel pump primes, the engine starts, and it rides 10/10. Even the immobilizer seems to work because the red LED on the dash stops flashing as soon as I turn the key. So the display "talks" to the ECU, but won't turn on.

Tried two different displays (one used and one brand new) – same results.

Replaced both handlebar switches (L+R) with new ones.

Fuses are all good (swapped them with spares just to be sure).

Headlight, tail light, license plate light, and horn are all working.

ABS is also fine (tested it, it’s definitely engaging).

Visual check on the harness: Cables look okay and feel solid around the headstock.

The dealership did a quick scan and just said "CAN-bus error," but they didn't have time for a deep dive.

Three dealership’s said that The TFT is 100% Plug and Play.

No warranty

Any help would be massive
