Whenever I enter the main menu whether its after a game or on inital launch my computer will begin to freeze/stutter/seize for a random amount of time and then eventually fix itself. It'll persist for about 1 to 5 minutes on random where my entire computer not just Valorant itself feels essentially unusable. All audio begins stutterting, my mouse will start to move slower, and if i have a video on my second monitor it will start moving like a slide show. I've had windows task manager open on the side to see if anything stands out but nothing goes above 50% usage. I am running the game on an nvidia 4070 ti super and an ryzen 9 7950 if that helps at all.
