AITAH for not chasing down a catering company after they never charged me?

Afew days ago I ordered catering for a small gathering. The order was delivered on time and everything went smoothly. The weird part is they never asked for payment at any point. No deposit, no card on file, nothing. They only took my name, address, and phone number when I placed the order.

The day of delivery I even called to make sure everything was still on schedule, and nobody mentioned payment then either. The delivery driver dropped everything off and left.

Now I’m wondering if I’d be wrong if I just waited to see whether they contact me instead of reaching back out myself. Part of me feels like it was their mistake and they’ll eventually send an invoice if they care, but another part of me feels guilty because obviously I did receive the food.

**Update: I fully intend on paying! Just to clarify a few statements made.

We discussed payment when I ordered over the phone. They informed me that they would call me day of delivery to so I can provide them with payment. I called two days prior to reschedule the time and I called the day of delivery because I was worried they called me during my graduation and I missed it. (Poor reception). As soon as I left I called and they informed everything was good to go! I was still worried that she didn’t ask for payment so when the delivery guy came I caught him before he left, with my wallet in hand and he told me everything was good and to enjoy the food. This is not a mom and pop shop it’s a major chain restaurant!
