Hiii, I'm a 17 year old girl whos 165cm tall and around 49-54kg (last time I weighed myself was a year ago and I was 54kg, I don't have a scale at home). For 2-3 months I had been restricting to eating 200-800 calories per day with no exercise. Now for the past few weeks I've been eating 1000-1400 calories per day whilst doing 3-4 hours of exercising at home, burning around 1500 cals daily. I would really appreciate some advice as to whether this is a better or healthier shift or not. I know it's not technically a normal habit for teenagers (or maybe it is idk) and that I'm probably struggling with some form of disordered behavior but I just want someone else's perspective on this, thank you!!
