How come people with fissure are not opting for this??? It’s supposed to be better than surgery?? Does anyone know the risks involved? Is it a scam?? It sounds promising

Apart from Diltiazem and other such ointments. What is good for the skin repair in general? Or should I use coconut oil or something?
