This is my first time selling on StubHub, so I just wanted to sanity check something. I sold 1 mobile ticket for a concert through StubHub. My actual Ticketmaster ticket was seat 3. I transferred it to the StubHub preload email, and StubHub confirmed they received/transferred Seat 3 to the buyer. However, on my sold listings page, it oddly displays “Seats 4-3” even though quantity is 1 and I never owned or transferred Seat 4. I contacted StubHub support and they told me the buyer is assigned Seat 3 and there should be no issues day of concert. Has anyone else seen this weird seat formatting/display issue before? Just trying to make sure I won’t run into problems later since this is my first sale.
