While I was driving and doing my deliveries a customer flagged me on the road and I hesitantly slowed down to see what's going on. He said I dropped his large box on his front door and it is on his camera and he was about to show it to me. I said I may have dropped it like on a normal delivery and that I apologize for it. I told him I have bad back and he sarcastically replied that this job shouldn't be for me. I felt the urge to answer back but I remained calm and just walked away. I would have dropped slowly if I saw a FRAGILE sign on the box but otherwise it would be a normal drop and some customers want you to lay it down smoothly like baby... if only they see how these box3s are thrown and dropped at the warehouse.
