Hi all,
I’m halfway through drinking the prep - it’s the gallon you drink in two parts. 8oz every ten minutes, I’ve had 8 glasses over the last two hours and nothing is happening. Obviously I feel full and uncomfortable and very woozy.
Any advice would help! (I’m paranoid about water toxicity it’s crazy that we drink this much liquid so fast)
