Purchased a cpo 2025 Honda civic sport for $26.5 OTD.

29k miles.

Is this a good deal? I am financing it so total after loan (6.99%) is around $28-29k

Wanted to finance since I wanted to build some more credit. Planning to pay 20% in a monthly payment to shorten the term. Thinking about refinancing with bank to get it to 6% (not sure if .99 off is worth it to go through the trouble)
