Messed up during cleaning

Hey guys, so I’m worried here. I just took my car to touchless car wash. After that I decided to dry a bit with microfibre cloth. I decided to use waterless car spray on the hood. Unfortunately, there was some wind and it was drying up quickly. However, the residue was still there, I tried spraying multiple times. But it just wouldn’t go away. Fearing that It would effect the paint. I took it to second carwash hoping it gets cleared. But after that it didn’t go away. What should I do? Should I go for third time?

What Can I Do To Keep My Interior (11th Gen) As Clean as Possible (beginner)

as of recently i've just had a microfiber cloth that i've been using down the interior and dust and occasionaly i'll spray some cleaning products on it but i've learned that they collect dust and I need new clean ones and i've even noticed some small micro scratches that irk me. I want to avoid as much damage as possible while keeping my baby clean. tips? (first car btw)

Another Question For Whoevers Reading : One day I wiped my digital dash with my shirt and now i have a long skinny scratch on it. I use microfiber of course now but even then i try to be as gentle as possible with the dash because its very micro scratch succepitble. any way to avoid that and keep the dash clean no scratch

Rip the civic

I had just left a gathering and was on the way home I was waiting at a light behind another vehicle . The light turned green but we moved like a little after it turned green. Car comes running the red light and smacks the car in front of me and then that same speeding car spins into my car leaving it completely totaled. Been bummed out about it since I put my energy and money into that vehicle. I had a 10th gen with most mods installed like tuning, full exhaust, intercooler and cai. It also was a fun daily it just hurts to be back to square one driving a car that is no where near the same fun driving experience that my civic gave me. Had anyone had this feeling before and how you get over it

Big Update for Car Enthusiasts: Real-Time OBD2 Analytics Like Engine Load Now on CarPlay

Hey everyone,
A lot of users from my previous CarPlay post requested OBD2 support, so after a lot of work, the feature is finally live in Speedometer: Driving Tracker.

You can now see and analyze real-time OBD2 vehicle data directly from CarPlay, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch (via live activity).

One thing I personally found really interesting while testing was seeing how different driving styles affect engine behavior throughout an entire trip, not just live gauges while driving.

For example, things like:
• Engine Load
• RPM
• Throttle Position
• Coolant & Oil Temperature
• Fuel Usage
• Mass Air Flow
• Intake/Ambient Air Temperature
• And more

I added a sample trip summary screenshot below showing how the app now visualizes engine performance for a drive.

It even works with automatic trip recording through Shortcuts automations (when OBD2 device is connected), so trips can start recording automatically without manually opening the app.

One important note: every car exposes different OBD2 sensors, so some vehicles may not provide all data points shown in the screenshot.

The goal wasn’t just to make another OBD2 gauge app, but to make driving history and car data feel more visual, insightful, and actually enjoyable to revisit later.

Other existing features in the app:
• CarPlay trip tracking
• 3D route playback
• Speed-colored trip replay
• Video recording with speed + map overlays
• Fuel, maintenance, and expense tracking
• Vehicle-based analytics & comparisons
• iCloud sync across Apple devices
• Privacy-first experience (no ads/tracking/signups)

Now it’s becoming one of the most comprehensive driving tracker apps available on any platform, whether iOS or Android! (iOS version is live, Android version is in progress)

Would genuinely love feedback from fellow car enthusiasts on what data, analytics, or visualizations you’d like to see next.

Is this a bad deal?

I just wanted to get everyone’s opinion on whether I’m being ripped off. Btw this is for a 2026 Civic Sport (Gas) in Washington State.

Did they get rid of boost blue pearl?

I don't see the boost blue pearl available when building a new car. Is it only available in some areas? Did they discontinue it?

How bad is the rust on my 8th gen civic?

Bought it 4 years ago, the rust wasn’t terrible then but got significantly worse since then (Canadian winters)
