Hi,

I'm (21M) looking for a housing for the upcoming school year. My budget is $900 max including utilities, and I'm looking for a studio, one bed, or two bed.

I'd prefer it to be close to north quad, as I'm an engineering major, but it's not a dealbreaker. I'm introverted and prefer a quiet environment. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, and I would like my roommate not to either, if it's a 2 bed.
