So I just want some tips/advice from someone who has done this. We would be starting in California (we live like 2 hours away from the beach so almost coast to coast haha) but we’re looking to go to NYC. We went a few years ago by plane but it is definitely not our favorite form of travel at all.
If you’ve done it what are your tips?
Realistically how long does it take?
With gas prices would it be more expensive to do road trip?
We’re also considering taking the train to Chicago and then driving from there.
I really am just looking for any stories/insight to give me an idea of what to expect and plan accordingly
