French children's audio cassette, listened to in the car in the early 2000s. Narrated by a woman. A circus called something like "Le Cirque du Printemps" (The Spring Circus) arrives every year when nature starts to bloom again. A kind of ice dragon representing Winter tries to chase it away. The circus artists cry (including the clown). In the end, Spring wins. Looking for the exact title and a way to listen to it again.
