**Title:** Built an AI-powered B2B cold outreach system from scratch as a solo founder — tested it on 23 enterprise prospects. Happy to share the setup if anyone wants it.

**Body:**

I'm Brendon, a solo founder from Perth, AU. Building a B2B SaaS product (a CRM for law firms and financial services) with no funding, no team, no existing network in the industry.

To get in front of enterprise decision-makers I built a complete outreach system from scratch inside an AI agent platform. Here's what it does:

* Identifies and vets prospects by name, firm, role, and fit before any email goes out

* Sends personalised cold emails to managing directors and senior partners at target firms

* Flags high-intent replies automatically so I get an alert the moment someone's warm

* Runs follow-up sequences without me touching it

No spray and pray. Every prospect is named, researched, and matched to a specific angle before we send.

I've used it to contact 23 enterprise firms across Perth, Sydney and Melbourne. The system is live and running right now.

Not selling anything here. Just testing whether other B2B founders or SaaS builders would actually use a setup like this before I spend time packaging it properly.

If you want the full breakdown of how it works — or want the setup for your own product — drop a comment.

Solo founder, Perth AU — built 5 apps in 12 months with no funding, no team, no network. Here's where I'm at.

I'm Brendon. I'm a solo founder based in Albany, Western Australia. No co-founder, no investors, no prior industry connections.

In the past year I've built and documented five products from scratch:

  • Apex CRM — a client management platform for law firms and financial services, with a proprietary 3-stage authentication layer. Currently running live cold outreach to enterprise firms across Perth, Sydney and Melbourne.
  • KORDIX — a Cross-Platform Login Bridge that solves the Google/Microsoft authentication loop problem. Provisional patent in progress.
  • BlueGuard — a secure Bluetooth device manager for Android/iOS with a proprietary symbol-based pairing system.
  • Money Tracker Deluxe — a personal finance/savings tracker. Play Store submission in progress.
  • VaultCalc — an encrypted personal calculator with biometric login, built for tax accountants.

All built on a broken phone. All documented. All at different stages of commercialisation.

I'm not here to pitch. I'm here because I think the right partner, investor, or co-founder would see something in this portfolio that's worth a conversation.

If any of this is interesting to you — drop a comment or DM me.
