Refill trouble
I just did my first refill and I am pretty upset. I am currently on 7mg and filled out the refill request for additional 6 months. What I thought I indicated in the request was to start my next six months starting at 10mg and requested a titrating plan which I assume would bring me up to 15 mg over the next 6 months. Instead they just charged me for and won’t change 9.5mg for the next 6 months. I have tried sending several emails to clarify the mix up but they are saying it’s been sent to the pharmacy and there is nothing that can be done, but suggested I can take more and acknowledged I would run out early. I feel like I have been ripped off. This is after the first time ordering through pomegranate I got 6 months through BPI and the vials will have expired the last few weeks of my prescriptions. Several emails back and forth about that back in January with no follow up. I love the ease of pomegranate but feeling discouraged. Any recommendation? Was this my bad and I just need to eat it?
