Pine won’t take my mortgage transfer because it”s under 200k
Has anyone been successful in moving a smaller mortgage to Pine?
They also told me around 4.5 is best they can do for fixed.

Here is what TD is offering me to renew my 190k mortgage in September.
Obviously I would never blindly take these offers. What should I expect when I call them soon to negotiate?
I’m also considering moving to Pine since I just moved everything from TD to weathsimple.
Edit: Current rate is 1.99 from 5 years ago.

They called me today saying they are working on making service better by upgrading some towers in the area and want to know which locations need it most.
I’m in Nepean Ontario.
Funny thing is, as I was explaining about how I only get 1 bar at my house, the call dropped. Guess that answered his question.
