What renovations are possible with this old brick? The home owner hates the color and wants something different but the tear out will blow her budget.

I was thinking dye the bricks but that’s doesn’t solve the uniformity issue with the different bricks used.

Is there something I can do here? She wants to just put new pavers over the old ones but idk if that’s wise?

Also how much should I charge? She NEEDS the fence rebuilt. She wants the rocks taken out completely and replaced with clover, and boarders redone. As well as adding a short wood gate to each side of the house.

Any advice is greatly appreciated as this is one of my first official jobs this big and if I nail it I will have a bunch of new customers.
