How is that possible? I was on the site when the clock struck 4:00 central time and it said it was sold out (registration opened at 5pm eastern). I was redirected to join the waitlist. What? Literally how?
Someone else I know got the same thing, then immediately got an email saying there was room for them and a link to register. Is it possible they put the capacity at 0 on the registration site and made everyone join the waitlist so they could curate attendees??
I just don’t believe it actually sold out in under 1 minute.
ALSO, registration is non transferable, so you’re telling me that it sold out in under a minute and within that same 60 seconds, you (needlepoint palooza) worked out an agreement for someone to return/not use their spot, and sent it to the next person at the top of the waitlist?
