How to cut friendship if i dont like her principles at all...but we are friends since high school to college

My friend who was with me from 11th she used to sit with me and we became friends but most of the time i used to feel drained or not feeling that our values and priciples align...for example she would say something racist and i dont support racism...i get it that not all people are same but i feel regretful and guilty after hanging out or even talking to her...my teachers used to say i should sit seprately and focus on my studies because i had potential and she was good in studies too but maybe i needed a much better friend...After 12th we moved to different college but we still talk and even coincidently bump to each other and the fact she lives in my society she comes in my home and we actually spent alot of moments together...when i passed my exam her and i had a feast but then the moment we have convos i feel uncomfortable because of the weird things she say and i have noticed how performative she tries to be in social media like she would like post or reels even though her mindset is opposite...One day she called me for asking an exam oriented doubt and then we were having convos of other things...and i personally dont mind different opinions or choices i mean do whatever makes u happy, after like a 30mins call her mom came home and then they were talking and in their mid convo she said humoursly and chukkingly that mom"are u calling me r**** (hindi bad word)" and appreantly i felt so weird and shock,i ended the call by making an excuse....BUT NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN THINKING...one my friend (long distance friend) after knowing this unfollowed one of her account from my main and removed her..but i still do follow her private and she does too...she doesnt know for now that i unfollowed her main...WHAT SHOULD I DO TO END THIS FRIENDSHIP because she encourage me in my hobbies and all but apart from that too i cant stay in a friendship where i constantly judge someone in my mind.
