Brand new to Vyvanse

I was started on 10mg about 10 days ago. I do realize this is a very low starting dose with the doctor telling me we would revisit after 28 days. I'm wondering if my experience is typical or if it's just down to the really low starting dose. The way this stuff feels like it's done for the day after about 8 hours is wild! I do pretty good and some days I get hyper focus with a little 'oomph' of energy and motivation, while some days I'm tired all day. (That may be my life and not the Rx, tbh, because it didn't start after I started the Vyvanse but has been ongoing since before I started the medication.) The biggest let down, for me, though, isn't the time it's wearing off so much as how I become an eating machine around 4:30 every day. I'm wondering if anyone else noticed this and can tell me if, in their experience, it eventually went away. In fairness I've only been taking it 17 days, so I might be expecting too much too soon 🤷‍♀️

I've scanned maybe 100 or so 5x7 and smaller photos in - saved them to my phone. Is there anyway to directly scan (via cable) to an external hard drive or do I have to scan to a computer *then* save to the EHD? I honestly figured I'd find a YouTube or even a TT where someone has done this before but so far all I've seen is 'soft selling' or 'unboxing' or regurgitated info covered in the Start Here sheet that was included with my scanner.
