Damaged new outer tie rod?

So just finished my lower control arms, stab links, and outer tie rods fully on my driver side of impala 2012 lt 208k miles vehicle. Moving onto other side tomorrow. However after looking over parts it seems that the tie rod is slightly cut? Mostly shows when pushing down or at an angle. Is this dangerous and will cause premature failure? Should I send back and wait (got it on amazon as a full kit) or just cover Crack with RTV rubber sealant or whatever I can find cheaply and send it for another thousands of miles.

Also thanks everyone for past suggestions with my seized shit. Painful last 4 days, unfortunately my vehicle is literally 99% rustydusty, and brute forcing bolts with min tools has taken 80% of the time. Last 2 pics are cotter pins, is there a certain way to do it right? I went through the hole then wrapped it tightly in dif directions, mostly tight. It isnt load bearing so should be good?

Dont mind the dirty hands and nails been at car all day last few days

Kit talked about from Amazon:

Seized outer tie rod jam nut?

Working on Impala 2012 LT 208k miles driver side outer tie rod, first time. Not sure if I'm doing this wrong however I've tried loosening it towards ground (clockwise) while having the smaller wrench hold the inner tie rod from moving around, no give. Sprayed down with PB blaster a few times and wire brushed heavy. Any tips? Am I going wrong way? Lots of conflicting info. Also trying a method of soaking in bag around bolt to make it have the liquid stay for a while. Idk if itll work giving it time.

Anyways side note, I got done with my lower control arms and jacked the knuckle till it barley would start going off jack stands, is that technically close to full load so my bushings wont bind?

Im new to thus lol. Thanks!!

Edit: now the nut to ball joint of it is seized by rust im guessing lol.

Also if anyone else has this car and has tips for any other types of repairs for it let me know! Ive done water pump and other things to it. Trying to learn as I go
