We have been on TikTok doing live auctions for about a month now. Finally getting some money in from our first shows.There are 2 shipping charges on the breakdown that are deducted from our gross sales. One of them is TikTok shop shipping fee and the other one just says shipping. Is the TikTok shop shipping fee what the customer paid for shipping? What is the other one? Just curious to know if the gross sales includes what the customer paid for shipping, if not I would like to know how to adjust it to where it doesn’t come out of my pocket.
