Long shot but I’m trying to track down any info on a strain that was supposedly grown locally in the Ithaca area back in the 1980s. The name was TCGB, standing for“Tompkins County Green Bud.”
The details I’ve heard about it:
• Pine cone or Christmas tree shaped nugs
• Local outdoor grow, 1980s Ithaca area
• Dense nugs
I’ve searched everywhere online and found nothing.
Did anyone smoke this back in the day? Know who was growing it? Any info on the genetics, what it was like, or even just confirmation it existed would be awesome. Trying to piece together a little local cannabis history.
