Does this look like stem seals leaks?
Mechanic thinks it's stem seals leaks and wants to start the engine head job. (Valves lapping, head gaskets and stem seals).
I am not convinced it is a oil leak. I have never noticed blue smoke puffs or any idling issue.

I don't want to do it just cause because it's big money in India. If it's actually an issue I will park and fix later.
Edit: There was oil in airbox and throttle bodies but mechanic said that's separate.
