In past times but not so much now due to computer coms whenever the phone rang if it was someone I knew well my voice would come out calm and strong but if it was someone I didn't know well my voice would be shaky lacking confidence. This before I knew who was calling.
Do you feel science has reached the limits of what it knows?
Lately in part being 78 I've wondered about folks in assisted living places and what they feel about living. I hope that with time they learn to cope with not being a part of the world anymore in the way of having a job or many friends. We have a couple places in my town where seniors can get out for walks in a garden setting. For me I have a great interest in self education, that's learning about world politics and history.
I'm hoping to get back into golf at least somewhat. I think I can swing the club if I take it easy. Any others with this experience?
I'm 78 and experiencing difficulties walking normally. I have a shuffling gait. Some days are worse than others. Some days are extremely bad. I've talked to several doctors but none seem to have a whole lot to offer. Some of this is related to the cerebellum or the lower back part of the brain. One doctor put me on Amniodaron and said this should help some. Maybe it has but still...I work part time on 4 hour shifts doing custodial work 3 days a week. By the last hour I'm most always having a hard time. I've noticed co-workers looking at me because of my walking. Any help is much appreciated. thx.

Looking in this mirror I saw that I had a bit of eye makeup on and it enhanced my appearance. I'm a older guy. I wonder if this is related to my recent self improvement studying.
