Hello All,

I am 22yrs old with 30k in my stocks and shares isa split over 4 Companies. I am fortunate enough to be able to max out my 20k allowance every year and have a goal of 100k by 25 but was hoping to get advice on when i should start selling out of my positions and transitioning into an ETF for lower risk.

My reasoning for going fully into individual stocks was due to being young and accepting the high risk / return potential which i'm fine with but was just thinking as the amount i have increases it may make more sense to move into the S&P and let compounding do the work.
