Looking to Build a somewhat future proof PC for £1000

Hello friends. Soon I'll be moving to Finland to live with my wife and I want to prepare a list of parts to buy to build myself a new pc when I'm over there.

I am not opposed to buying second hand parts, provided you guys can point me in the right direction and make sure no one pulls my trousers down with a fake GPU or the like...

My budget is £1000 and I'm considering holding on to some 32GB Corsair vengeance RGB ram I have (its only DDR4). My understanding is that this will limit me to an older chipset, but I can live with this - however if you guys think I'd be better off upgrading entirely - let me know! Sadly I can't really plan to take/recycle more than the RAM because I don't wanna risk transporting anything else overseas.

I'll use the rig primarily for gaming, but I wanna make sure there's no CPU (or any) bottlenecks if possible as I often do a lot of rendering for a 3D printing side hustle I have going on.

So, now I turn to you lovely and ever knowledgeable strangers of the internet to tell me how to spend my money! Any help is appreciated <3
