Vertical Monitors
I’m getting into pc building and I don’t work since I’m too young but I’m wondering what I would use a vertical monitor for? It looks like streaming stuff is used but I won’t be streaming. Should I ask for a vertical monitor?

Hi,
My current setup is on its death bed. I honestly play everything between small indie games to bigger RPGs.
I currently moslty play WoW, having returned to it after 10+ years, enjoying every bit of content the game has to offer. Since WoW is a CPU heavy game, my current i5 is struggling immensely.
That’s why I’m going for the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D. I’ve seen people recommending mother boards around 1000 EUR, does that really make a difference? Also, any GPU recommendations for something that will make WoW run smoothly aswell as other games?
Budget isn’t that much of an issue, as I’d like to invest in a build that will last me for some years, but still avoid unnecessary money spending just for the sake of some ego tripping performances that you can’t even notice the difference.
(I’m from the EU, Croatia, shouldn’t be too limited as to which products are available)
(Current setup, cpu i5, gtx 1050it, some asus motherboard, some beast 4k monitor that I got gifted at work that I’m not using to it’s fullest)
It was an ibuypower element se pre built
Hello guys, I think I need a few opinions about this computer I’m about to buy.
If you think I should replace some components it would be amazing for me to read all yours keys.

I have a broken laptop that have all of my games and files
and i want to build a new pc, is there a possible way to get all my files and games to my pc?
and the broken laptop have a sata ssd
well, i bought an rx 6900 xt msi trio, i have a generic BRB case so...
I wanted to do like an end/quality-of-life upgrade for my Intel 11th gen rig because I'll never afford to do a full conversion to 14th gen with the prices that they are, RAM especially. So my wish was to find a D4 board that supports 12,13,14 gen chips where all I have to do is swap processors out, but they basically don't exist anymore. All I can find are 12 gen only d4 boards for 3x the price and it's just simply not worth it to me. What's the play here? Hold on to my current setup and deal with it? Save up to do a full internal swap? I don't think prices will ever return to what they were...

With how expensive RAM is would it be cheaper to just buy a 3 in one kit just for the RAM?
the price is in USD btw and Im not building a PC or anything
I’m in a bit of a pickle here. I had saved up about $700 in the last one and a half yearish so panning to get a decent rig this summer. But i’m honestly not too sure if i should go ahead and buy one, or save up some more given the current prices for components. My exams are ending soon and want to game during my gap year. I could hunt for used parts and build one but I’m not sure if that’s the right thing to do. I also did have a computer withouta GPU, but i gave that to a family member and it doesnt feel right asking for it back. What do you guys suggest i do? If i should go with the build rn, could you recommend a spec list or if you think i should buy used, where should i get what and for how much
I built my PC. It works really good 👍.
Specs:AMD Ryzen 5 9600 X
Radeon 9060 (two fan)
ASRock X870 Pro RS WiFi ATX
Micron Crucial 32gb ddr5
Note❗: I will add six more fans and buy an Asianhorse cable extension for the gpu.
What would you rate this out of 10?
Bought my computer pre-built in april 2023, never touched a thing since.
I play some games that would be quite heavy (Guild Wars2, Path of Exile) where specifically for GW2 I've started noticing some wild load times, regardless of which maps I go to(can be up to 1-2min) never had any issues with this before regardless of computer specs
Never really gotten too much into the knowledge of what computer parts are better than others and which synergizes the best.
Would really appreciate any guide or help as to what I can do to increase performance and load times.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for help building an all-black gaming/streaming PC for around $1500 USD.
Main games:
Roblox
Valorant
Fortnite
I also want to stream while gaming smoothly.
Preferences:
Ryzen 7 7700X
Liquid cooling (AIO preferred)
Mostly/all black aesthetic
Good airflow
Wi-Fi preferred
32GB RAM if possible
I’d appreciate a full parts list + any monitor recommendations if you have them. Thanks!
For reference I’m 20, I don’t make a hell of a lot of money, and I have a flat and a dog to pay for, but I’m looking to build a good starter PC to run AAA games on.
I’m not expecting 100s FPS, and the absolute best quality graphics, but I’d like to be able to run GTA5 without my PC sounding like it’s about to take flight and leave through my bedroom window, or without freezing every 10seconds.
Can anyone give me any tips to start building my first PC and/or an idea of how much it would cost?
Hallo,
| CPU | Ryzen 7 5800X3D |
|---|
| GPU | RTX 5080 |
|---|
| RAM | 32 GB DDR4-3600 CL16 |
|---|
| Netzteil | 850 W Gold ATX 3.0 |
|---|
| Mainboard | behalten |
|---|
Derzeit habe ich:
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.59 GHz |
|---|
| GPU | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8 GB) |
|---|
| RAM | 16 GB |
|---|
| Netzteil | 650 W |
|---|
| Mainboard | B450 Gaming X |
|---|
I recently brought a pre built gaming pc and have constant crashes and BSOD's. The PC works fine when I have just 1 16gb of Ram in but if I add the second I get caught in a BSOD loop and cant access anything. I have 2 16gb Kingston Fury beast DDR5's. I have tried swapping the 2 sticks round and making sure they are mounted correctly and clicked in. The PC works with either stick in but not with both. Does anyone have any advice?
is this a good pc build for streaming while gaming?

so for a while I dealt with my PC crashing randomly multiple times while trying to play games. I mainly play Fortnite. When it crashes, my monitors go black screen, the fans inside the pc ramp full speed and I have to hard reset the pc to reboot it. I tried undervolting my 5070ti on MSI afterburner and that fixed the issue for a solid 3 weeks. Well yesterday I was playing all day perfectly fine no issues, then I went to go play at night and it crashed on me again. I can’t get more than 2 minutes out of Fortnite before it crashes. Please help. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Bios up to date, drivers up to date, etc etc. thanks
