Guys, help me find the name track and artist.

This track was featured in the Newgrounds fan-made Flash game "K*ll PPG." It's a trilogy, and in the last one (Buttercup character), where the "Hammer Crazy" stage begins (I don't want to go into detail about everything that happens), some electronic music plays. Shazam and other audio search methods can't find it. Do you know what this track is?
