We just completed our talent reviews, it consists of a 9 box. However, once the manager released the data to the employee, they have access to edit their competencies that were set for them during the review. I've looked into all the domain security for this and removed anything that set "Employee as self" from modify to view only. However, they are still able to edit them. Does anyone know how to fix this?
