
So, got my microsoft account hacked, they changed many things so I couldn't get into the account, contacted support with all my proof that the account indeed is mine, got sent to fill out a form, that sent me a mail that they can't help me and that the account is gonna be suspended cuz they see malicious activity and that if I bought stuff then I'll just have to buy it again.. so I contacted support again, to which I got another form, I filled that one out, and to that I got a response this mail.. I haven't gotten any account hacked in the past, but I remember having two factor verification on steam to which I didn't have access anymore and they still managed to help me get to the account, but microsoft can't.. it's infuriating how I had to literally wait one day (from yesterday to today morning) until they finally began working on the microsoft support, and just to get to the point where "Oh we can't help you, but we sure can suspend the account".. how does suspending the account actually help me when you're telling me that I can just go and create a new account along with buying games with more money.. this support is just ridiculous.. worst support I've met with along the years of working/playing on a computer
