hello ppl! new to the sub actually, so a few days earlier i ordered a phone through my credit card and due to some reason the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was still debited. and now the app shows the 2 way arrow resembling the refund but it also shows Limit exhausted for the payment? so Is there a way to check whether the money has returned or not since I'm unable to get in touch with the sbi card customer care.

Hi ppl! I thought of purchasing the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion and was getting a 2000 rupee discount via credit card purchase, but apparently the payment was unsuccessful and the money was debited from my account. Tho a mail came on the registered email that the transaction will be refunded but it hasn't been yet.

Any suggestions on what I should do?
