Advice on making lower half of hair look healthier
I feel like the lower half of my hair looks unhealthy, thin, and has lots of flyaways rather than look sleek and smooth.
Context:
I'm a male and i grew up with short hair, so im relatively new to this (despite the 6 years of growing it out) try to take good care of it.
My routine is to wash twice a week. In the shower, I use Him's thickening shampoo just on the scalp, and then Being volumizing conditioner on the lower half. I dry it with a microfiber towel. While damp, I add Mielle leave-in conditioner to the lower half, and then add a very small amount of hair oil. To the scalp I add Blumaan's volume cream / heat protectant. I blow dry up-side down since I can't use a curling brush.
I comb it with a wide tooth plastic comb. On days that I don't wash my hair, I use a little bit of dry shampoo to make my hair look less flat and greasy.
Do I need to change anything? any advice???
Thanks for any help
