I’m new to the mopar family! 2 months ago picked up a 2019 Altitude with blackout package! My dad convinced me to join the mopar family and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! 3.6 Pentasar V6. Outside of the oil cooler leaking one day, any other issues with these?
Slotted and drilled rotors on, sneak peak of the new wheels (yes I know the center cap is missing.) I’ll find new ones or maybe go a different route.
Scored some new wheels for the Amanti today! Had chat gpt show me what it would look like, and I’m in love. Next I’ll lower the car to bring it all together. The project is slowly coming together! Already a full LED swap inside and out, touch screen radio, 2 12” subs, and an intake I made.
No more saggy trailer. Sorento got a new drop hitch today. Had to drop it one spot after realizing the highest setting was too much. The test run is when I take it to work tomorrow (hour drive one way) lol.
Didn’t know the Kia Amanti (in the states) was called Kia opirus elsewhere? Either way, I found the chrome window vent shades finally! Just gotta find a matching hood guard if I can.

Bought the Sorento used with 62k, now almost 4 years later I’m about to hit 160k.
The Amanti I bought off my pap 3 years ago with 65k, now has just over 87k.
I’ve been told the Amanti isn’t as common as it used to be, so I cherish and enjoy mine frequently.
