Started a new role as the first AE in a new region - it’s only been 5 weeks so far in the role and onboarding has been completed, I’m demoing everything myself and built up a decent pipe with many good ops that could close this Q.
Might be hard on myself but issue is I haven’t closed anything yet and the market in general feels very slow and lots of prospects are going dark and chasing needs to be done. I know this is all part of the game - but sales cycles at this company are often quick and see other people performing super well, feels like I’m not meeting their expectations and stressing me a bit out.
Just a small rant - maybe others face similar situations.
