I replaced the LCD of my Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 1.
I disconnected the battery and CMOS.
Then I replaced the LCD with the replacement unit.
After successfully mounting the LCD, I connected the battery and powered it on, but I could see a display with no backlight.
