hi there, Does anyone else feel really uncomfortable feeling tilting their head all the way back after having gotten done botox? is it because that muscle is being stretched?

did anyone experience a lot of shortness of breath while running post botox? im a little over a week and a half post and tried running 5 miles, my heart rate was 190bpm when its usually 170/175…
