How can i help a SA victim

Hello, I've been in a relationship with my partner for two years. She was abused ten years ago (we've known each other for seven). She's on antidepressants prescribed by a psychiatrist, but she's never regularly seen a therapist because she's always been judged or never felt mentally ready to talk about it. These days, she contemplates suicide quite often, has frequent nightmares, and says it's what she thinks about most during the day. She tries to act normal, but says she can't or can't take it anymore. I do everything I can for her; if she didn't have me, she wouldn't be here. So, I want to know what advice people can give me to help her—to help her heal, to feel better, etc. Lately, I've been trying to convince her to go to therapy, but it's been difficult. I'm currently researching PTSD to learn how to proceed. I've been struggling with this for a couple of years now, and nothing seems to help her.
