Instructor not specified in PlanAhead online classes: NEED TO KNOW WHO IS TEACHING THE CLASS

When do we get to know who is teaching a class for the fall/winter term? Right now, there is no instructor posted for a few classes I am planning on taking, and I really need to know who is teaching them before I decide to take them (for reference, I am trying to enrol in an online ING 107 class, but want to avoid taking it with Michelle Hogan)

ING 107 Michelle Hogan...how bad of a class is it

I hope to take ING 107 online in the fall, and she is the instructor. I have heard some interesting things about this class and am seeking honest input. I really want a good grade in this class. How hard is it to get into the 90s? Why does her class have such a poor reputation? How is the class structured (quizzes, essays, discussion posts, etc.) What do I need to do to get a good grade? Thanks in advance!

CLAS 103... should I take it as an elective?

Hello! I am planning on applying to the Nutrition Program this fall and need a few elective credits, preferably ones that could help raise my average. Would taking CLAS 103 be a good option? How hard is it? I have the textbook, and it just seems like a lot to memorize (do you have to memorize EVERY term in the workbook and textbook?).

I am trying to get a head start on studying, and I want to make sure I do not study terms/concepts that are not a part of the course, so I guess I am wondering if every term in the textbook and workbook needs to be memorized. Thanks in advance!

Hey! What would you recommend for NUTR 120: online or in-person classes? Also, which professors did you have the best experience with in teaching this class?

Hi! I am using the PlanAhead tool to construct my schedule for the 26/27 fall and winter terms, but some of the classes I need to take have only one day/time option. I am wondering if it takes a while longer for all the class options to be posted. For example, I need to take NUTR 120 in the fall semester, but there is only one class time being offered, whereas the winter term has 4+ different class options... Is this because not all the classes have been entered in the system? If so, when is typically the date when all the classes available to take this year are posted?

Thanks in advance!

I am hoping to apply for the Nutrition/Dietetics program in the fall, and alongside CHEM 250 and BIO 121, I need 4 more electives to complete the credit requirements for the application.

Would it be a good idea to take some of the courses already incorporated into the program as my electives this year to lighten the load if I get into the program (or will I still need to fulfill a certain amount of credits in the program anyway, and make up for them)?

I am curious if I should take NUTR 120, ING 107, FABS 110, and BMSC 200 alongside CHEM 250 and BIO 121 in the upcoming 26/27 fall and winter terms, or if it would be hard to get a strong average by taking these classes together. Any advice? Thanks!!
