If you’re a student in the College of Arts and Science who applied to graduate in early June, have you received notice that you’re eligible to graduate yet? Convocation is less than 2 weeks away and I still haven’t received any emails regarding my graduation application, so I’m just a bit worried. I’m just wondering if others are in the same situation.
I am moving to Saskatoon for the Physiotherapy program and am looking to live on my own. My budget is $2400/month.
is it better to be close to campus in a worse unit, or further from campus in a nicer place/closer to gyms and grocery stores. I will have a car... just not sure if I'll get a parking pass via lottery....

I’m in psychology and there’s a history class I want to take (History 237) but it is not in my catalogue for what I know. If i took the class would I still get a credit for it? what would be a reason it’s not in my catalogue, sorry if this is a dumb question
Hey guys so in fall 2026 I was thinking about taking math 102 (preq) with Abid Ali. But when I checked ratemyprof reviews 💀 I was like uhhh maybe not lmao. And I think my other option is online math. Since I’m retaking this class I wanna know which is better 😭. How is Ali’s exams like? Or smth abt him. Do y’all think the online is better? The prof for online course is still unknown tho but yea. Help me!! Thanks
Okay so like why’s there two different schedules what do they mean. And what does the learning community TMC mean? Also is Kevin Sawatzky a good prof? Is he new? Thanks!
I’m in my fourth year and mine is set for June 10th, but I have friends who are in years below me with earlier days for registration and was wondering if maybe it was a mistake that mine is later since I thought it went by seniority? So my question is when is everyone’s else’s registration dates open and what year and program are you in?
hey I was wondering if undergraduates wear grad caps for ceremony?
Sorry if this has been asked before but for incoming engineering students (obviously haven’t picked a concentration yet) but are they able to see the block options ahead of registration time? Or just during there registration time ticket it’ll be a surprise? Any insight? Thanks a lot!
Hello everyone!
I’ll be picking which graduate housing dorm to live in tomorrow and wanted to ask about any tips you guys might have for the best dorm.

Currently doing a co-op with a company, and have to do assignments for my co-op class, essays, etc, what exactly happens if I don’t do them ? I don’t really care about getting scholarships, but is thier any actual repercussions to just failing ?
My friend and I want to move into CQ for next year’s fall. If we’re looking at a 2-bed, how early should we apply and what are the chances of getting the same apartment?
Also, is it only pine hall with the 2-beds?
I'm a highschool student in Alberta aiming to go into nursing. I wanted to ask about the U1 program since I'm considering applying in the fall. Would you reccomend it? And how is the university life?
Will keep bio + lab w/ yangdou wei no matter what. Nutrition is unlikely to be changed since im unwilling to take it with A&P (sounds like it’s gonna be too consuming), and i want to prioritize taking bio first term. history’s looking rough (esp since it’s an elective for humanities) but ive heard good things about the prof (simmone howitz), and im solid when it comes to history + particularly interested in this class’ subject—still willing to change though. For eng i think i just picked the first class that popped up for 114 (historical and contemporary culture, which im solid at), but i also heard good things about the prof (lindsey banco). Im confident on the individual classes, but i understand that collectively this might be too much for me. for extra info i dont have any outside responsibilities
English major. This is a burner account. I received an extension for a certain term paper that I was meant to write for an English class; this paper being unique in that it was attached to a "creative project" where you could make an art piece if you wanted in lieu of a traditional research paper. I had chosen this and done my paper, which the professor took issue with because I had been analysing the art piece and not the poems. I redid the paper analysing the poems and now I find out that she's submitted it to the committee for a hearing. The reasoning behind it is that my introductory paragraph was similar to another student who she already suspects of AI use. And then she ran the poems through ChatGPT and yielded results that had "considerable similarities" to my paper. This is infuriating because she didn't even specify what those similarities were; nor who the other student was; nor did she make an informal consultation; NOR did she even tell me - I only found out because I sent a followup email (the paper was due on the 6th). I already have a deferred exam to write and this is not what I needed, and she's not responding to any of my followup emails.
TL;DR: falesly accused of GenAI use. Have to do a misconduct hearing.
Hey all I would like to know if the paperwork and all the hard stuff was taken care of and you just got to run the club you wanted or just be apart of it what club would you run or want to exist that does not exist?
I recently got accepted into the dental hygiene program at University of Saskatchewan. Originally, my plan was to pursue law, but I've been feeling really conflicted about both paths.
The main thing holding me back from law is the LSAT and the uncertainty of getting accepted into law school. I honestly don't mind long readings or heavy writing I actually prefer that over science. My original plan was to do a four-year degree in psychology and then apply to law school, and if law didn't work out, I thought I'd at least be okay with having the degree. But realistically, I worry that a psychology degree alone may not lead to a stable or well paying job, which makes the risk feel scary and idk what other four degree I can do that's a bit easy, will land me a good job/pay if I don't get into law
At the same time, dental hygiene also worries me because I've never been good in science, always struggled and knowing it's such a science heavy field makes me anxious. I'm someone who gets very stressed over education and doesn't handle pressure well, so I'm scared of making the wrong choice.
I would really appreciate advice from anyone in dental hygiene, law, or just anyone in general who can offer some advice
