How is it I can be hungry and in pain at the same time? I messed up and ate a very small piece of Parmesan chicken like 2 ounces on Saturday. Then Sunday the pain and nausea come. I haven’t eaten since. Just sipping on water and a Coke Zero. But I am hungry. Why? It isn’t right.

I’ve had a decent week. But now I’m lying here with my stomach hurting so bad I can’t sleep. I have to be up in 5 hours for work. I hate this disease.
